Tom DeSavia
VP/Creative
Prior to joining Notable, DeSavia was Sr. VP of Membership at ASCAP where he headed up the PRO’s pop/rock staff from 2001-2009. This marked his second position at ASCAP—he first worked for the organization from 1989-1996. In the interim, he spent six years in the A&R department at Elektra Entertainment where he both signed and developed talent and worked on projects with many iconic artists on the label’s historic roster. DeSavia began his career as a music journalist for the trade magazine Cash Box, where he served as West Coast Editor. Throughout his career he has worked closely with such varied artists as the Old 97s/Rhett Miller, X, Sam Phillips, Lars Ulrich, Rosanne Cash, Linda Ronstadt, Emmylou Harris, Gin Blossoms, and Toad The Wet Sprocket, among many others. He previously served on the board of directors for both the Rock And Roll Hall Of Fame and The National Academy of Recording Arts and Sciences (NARAS). DeSavia is also a partner in Measurable Music LLC and Some Kind of Music LLC, as well as a partner in Notable’s joint venture with Wax Poetics.

Shelby Coleman
President
Shelby has been president of Notable Music Co. & Cy Coleman Theatricals since 2004. Through The ASCAP Foundation, Shelby set up and funded the Cy Coleman Award which is designed to help young songwriters negotiate the road to artistic and commercial success and is presented annually to support songwriters enrolled in music business courses at New York University, Berklee College of Music in Boston, and the Thornton School of Music at the University of Southern California. Mrs. Coleman is currently writing a biography of her late husband as well as actively promoting his amazing legacy with lectures and talks to educational and musical theater groups around the country. Shelby lives in Pasadena, CA and Southampton, NY

Damon Booth
VP/GM
Damon Booth graduated from Berklee College of Music in Boston with a BM and studied bass with John Neves & Joe Santerre. Damon began his career in Chicago by running the Midwest Membership Office for ASCAP under the guidance of Tom DeSavia & Todd Brabec. Prior to joining Notable Music Co. as VP in 2006, Damon spent many years as a Sr. Dir. of A&R for both EMI Music Publishing and also for Warner Bros. Records in Los Angeles and New York City. A Grammy voting member since 1993, Damon is also a partner with Shelby Coleman & Tom DeSavia in Measurable Music LLC and Some Kind of Music LLC which publishes the catalogs of Sam Phillips and Rosanne Cash and is a partner in a co-venture with Wax Poetics Magazine which publishes songwriters Aja West, Adrian Younge, Chico Mann and Kendra Morris.

Yvette Martinez
Assistant/Jr. Creative
Yvette Martinez, a graduate of Cal Poly Pomona with a BA in Music Industry Studies, is the latest addition to the Notable Music family. Having worked in different areas of the industry ranging from artist management to new media, Yvette came to Notable Music with much to contribute. She is a self-proclaimed nerd – the one that was involved in every music club or music event on campus. Yvette will be working with the Notable roster to expand our writers presence in all creative areas, from traditional recordings to film and TV and ad placements, and everything in-between A music lover at heart and a Los Angeles native, the LA music scene is home.
