Shelby has been president of Notable Music Co. & Cy Coleman Theatricals since 2004. Through The ASCAP Foundation, Shelby set up and funded the Cy Coleman Award which is designed to help young songwriters negotiate the road to artistic and commercial success and is presented annually to support songwriters enrolled in music business courses at New York University, Berklee College of Music in Boston, and the Thornton School of Music at the University of Southern California. Mrs. Coleman is currently writing a biography of her late husband as well as actively promoting his amazing legacy with lectures and talks to educational and musical theater groups around the country. Shelby lives in Pasadena, CA and Southampton, NY

Damon Booth

VP/GM

Damon has signed and developed many multi-platinum/Grammy award-winning songwriters and recording artists in a twenty+ year run including stints running the Pop/Rock department at ASCAP (Los Angeles), Sr. Dir. Creative EMI Music Publishing (Santa Monica) and Sr Dir. A&R – Warner Bros. Records (NYC & Burbank).   Booth played in numerous bands and studied jazz performance while earning a B.M. in Music Production & Engineering at Berklee College of Music in Boston.   Damon is currently VP/GM of Notable Music Co. Inc., an independent publishing company founded in 1962 by jazz musician and Songwriter’s Hall of Fame member, Cy Coleman.  Notable Music Co. publishes over 2,000 copyrights including many Great American Songbook standards and scores to several Tony Award-winning Broadway musicals.  Notable publishes works by Cy Coleman, Bobby Hebb, lyricists Comden & Green, Dorothy Fields, Ira Gasman, Michael Stewart and many others.  Damon is the managing partner of Some Kind of Music LLC and Measurable Music LLC which administers and has developed the catalogs of Rosanne Cash, Sam Phillips, Jenny O., Tift Merritt, Jon Brion, Chico Mann, Simone Burnett, Tim Easton, Skating Polly, Treasure Isle Records, and High Note Records.
