Sam Phillips completes “The Long Play” with “Cameras in the Sky”

Screen shot 2011 02 12 at 8.02.35 AM Sam Phillips completes The Long Play with Cameras in the SkySam Phillips concludes her ambitious, year-long online “Long Play” project with the release of the full-legnth album Cameras in the Sky (available starting today, February 12, 2011, exclusive to members of her site). Subscribers to the Long Play – Sam’s temporary art installation on the web – have so far received five EPs and a smattering of bonus tracks over the past year, as well as access to a ton of exclusive content on the Long Play site (http://samphillips.com/thelongplay).

The Long Play site will remain up and taking subscribers for a short while – with all the recorded content available for immediate download. ┬áSo, for $52 (which broke down to $1 a week for a year for subscribers) you can get all five EPs, the full-legnth Cameras in the Sky and all the bonus content!

COMING LATER THIS YEAR: Sam is finishing Pretty Time Bomb, a conventionally (digital and physical formats) released second album of all-new material. Sam fans rejoice! We will most likely never see this much material released in such a short time span again! We’re very, very happy.
